In recent years,with the contiuing rsie in coal prices, the cost of power generation business has greatly inceased, and a serious loss of themal power industy. To deal with the situation, more and more power plants began to burn lignite to lleviate the stress of coal supply.Lignite is a low-quality coal with low heating value and high moisture, thus, theprice of lignite is low than other types of coal. Power plant often burns a certainscale of un-designed coals,and if burning with appropriate blended coal andproportion, it will have a beneficial effect for the power plant, improving combustion condition, reducing the amount of fly ash carbon and pollutant emissions as well as electric power generation costs, improving the economic efficiency. But it will bring agreat threat to the power plant of the safety and economy, even the accident of shut down if we lack understanding of coal blending and blend unreasonably. To improve the technology level of coal blending combustion for power plant and provide theoretical basis, it's necessary to research the coal blending combustion so as to grasp electric power generation costs' changes of the production process in real-time, optimize the blending and production process and improve the economic efficiency of power plant.Caused by coal blending,the coal handing equipment and coal-fired units of Chaozhou power.Use the model to the original Blending program in Chaozhou power. This optimization model is of great significance for the coal Blending.
