Design And Implementation On The Project Of Distribution Network Automation Of County Power Grid In Guan

According to the situation of the domestic power grid and the trend of the foreign network, China State Grid Corporation put forward the strategic objectives of the distribution network automation construction in 2009. Plan to build a strong and intelligent power grid in China by the end of 2020. So far, the domestic large and medium-sized city of power supply enterprises have been basically completed for their own distribution network automation system, however, t he third tier cities power company, especially the county power company is in urgent need of research and construction of a set of power distribution automation system for their own. Gu'an County, near the capital, Beijing, takes part of the work. Gu'an distribution automation system construction is imperative.In this paper, it is mainly focuses on the design and implementation of research projects and programs for the distribution network automation of Guan Electric Power Company. In the study, based on the principle of actual situation of Guan Electric Power Company, and strive to basically achieve the function of distribution network automation. This paper first describes the development course of the domestic and international distribution network automation, the research status and the necessity of the implementation of distribution network automation, describes the concept and main functions of distribution network automation. Then, the paper analyzes current situation of the distribution network of Gu an power company and the demand of the distribution network automation system, and gives the design and principle of the distribution network automation. In addition, the paper focuses on the constitution of distribution network automation system, design t he distribution automation system architecture of Guan power company, master structure, communication and other projects. Determine the communication scheme for Guan power supply company, combined with passive optical network and the public network communication mixed communication mode. Finally, this paper gives the realization process of the distribution network automation system of real-time monitoring, fault automatic processing, distribution simulation and other functions and the effect of Guan power supply company. The results show that the system is running well, and the system design requirements are achieved.
