| In view of the objective conditions that the high altitude region, the bad environment, the thin air of Qinghai Tibet Plateau, the probability of failure of power transmission line is greatly improved, so the feasibility research of live working on 110 kV transmission line becomes especially important. 110 kV transmission line is the most important transmission channel in the Qinghai Tibet Plateau, so it is very necessary and significant to study the live operation project.The research work in this paper combined with regional characteristics of high altitude in Qinghai Tibet Plateau to study the feasibility of live working project based on the 110 kV Na Tuo transmission line, we have explored the climate and geographical environment of the line along the way, analyzed the impact of live working on the body of workers, calculated and checked the security distance of live working, lastly the actual size of the tower was used to calculate the risk level of live woking.The results of the study show that 110 kV Na Tuo transmission line is running in high altitude localities, bad working environment, natural condition is not suitable for live working project; the tower design gap distance does not meet the live working safety distance standard; and the live working risk rate of 110 110 kV Na Tuo transmission line is 2.13×10-5, far higher than the live working acceptable risk rate 1.0×10-5. The research result shows that 110 kV Na Tuo transmission line does not meet the technical and natural conditions of live working. The research work has achieved good theoretical results and great progress, and provides a valuable theoretical reference for the feasibility of live working in high altitude area 110 kV transmission lines. |
