With the development of economy, the electric demand of people is increasing rapidly,the transmission capacity and scale of transmission line can not satisfied with the development of society and economy. so, establishing DC transmission line system with long-distance 、 large capacity and Low Loss becomes inevitable demand of energy resources and the harmonious development in economic society. Considering is the main power networks of UHV transmission lines, the operation mode of networks is very complex, after putting into use, it is difficult in outage repair Therefore, developing the research of UHV transmission lines has great significance to power supply which is sustainable、safe and steady.In this paper, according to the main problem of ±800kV transmission line Live Line-working, it proposed two typical Live Line-working method(the basket method and the jack ladder method) of ±800kV transmission line, and verify the reasonableness of two typical Live Line-working method. Finally, the safety evaluation about ±800kV ultra high voltage DC Transmission line Live line-working is done based on Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis. The main contents are as follows:1) Combining with the relative calculation parameters of ±800kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line, according to conditions of Live Line-working, mechanics analysis is done to ensure the dependability of implement when the Live Line-working is done, and the steps of ±800kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line Live line-working which is researched,and verify the method of entering into the electrical field about ±800kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line.2) Based on the steps of ±800kV ultra high voltage DC transmission line Live line-working which is researched systematically, and summarize the different job positions when using different Live line-working method in various tower, and according to the theory of risk rate about Live line-working, and the safe distance and Complex Gap of the different job positions are calculated, and the safety of the tasking route are analyzed.3) According to the finite element theory, this text establish a 3D finite element model,and calculate the surface electric field about different Live line-working method, and the electromagnetic transient simulation model is established to analyze the potential metastasis current. Meanwhile, the simulation results and testing value are compared to verify the rationality about model. Finally, according to the calculations, this text submit the safety matters when operating personnel are doing the Live Line-working.4) this paper establish multi-level synthesized index system of comprehensive safety assessment taking the environment of Live-Line working,quality of personnel, technical equipment Conditions and security management factors for subject, Live Line-workingsafety evaluation level is established and the risk of Live Line-working is analyzed on the foundation of ultra High Voltage DC Transmission line Live Line-working index system and the Safety evaluation about GUI ZHOU BINJIN ±800kV ultra High Voltage DC Transmission line Live line-working is done in this paper, this evaluation method provide the scientific basis for the ±800kV ultra High Voltage DC Transmission line Live Line-working.
