| With the increase of wind power integration capacity, wind power ’s characteristics of randomness, volatility and anti-peaking bring new challenges to the system spinning reserve, output tracking and regulating plan. Energy Storage, as a new technology, which is becoming more and more mature and the cost is gradually declining, it can improve the grid connection of wind power a nd make the wind power friendly accessible. Energy storage used in wind and energy storage system operation modes include stabilizing fluctuations, cutting peak to fill valley and providing spinning reserve, this paper further studies the above problems, and also studies the multi model of energy storage. The research content of this paper includes the following aspects.Firstly, in regard to the energy storage’s application in fluctuation smoothing mode, this paper studies the storage allocation strategy w hen select different medium battery cooperated with super capacitor for smoothing wind power fluctuations. Considering the nonlinearity and nonstationarity of wind power fluctuation, we choose the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) to solve this problem, at the same time, using complementary model to improve the utilization efficiency of energy storage device. Then we take the maximization cost efficiency(CE) as optimization objective to get the allocation capacity of energy storage. Then the results of the above strategy are compared with super capacitor cooperated with single medium storage battery, it is proved that the above strategy has certain advantages when smoothing the wind power fluctuation. Meanwhile, it is proved that the economic benefit of the energy storage device can be improved by the appropriate over charge and over discharge.Secondly, when it comes to the application of energy storage in the cutting peak and fill valley mode, this paper employs the master-slave game model to design the power price, in order to play its guiding role to establish the economic and environmental benefits of the game model. The conclusion is that the model can reduce the emissions of pollutants and the operating costs of system. The correlation degree analysis is used to reveal the internal relationship between the generation costs, CO2 and SO2 emissions of the wind energy storage system.In addition, as to the application in reserve offering by energy storage, this paper calculates the scheduling strategy of t wo cases of whether considering wind power fluctuation or not, and calculate the degree of the shortage of reserve in different periods in the wind storage scheduling system, on the basis of the above we determine the design scheme of the day-ahead reserve plan.Finally, this paper takes the operation cost of the wind energy storage system and the reserve cost as objective, and uses the gol den section method to partition the energy storage capacity, and partial capacity is used for the peak load and the other is for fill valley. The wind storage system operation and reserve cost are calculated. Comparing of results indicates that a multi-pattern use of energy storage is better than single pattern in improving system economy.To sum up, this paper has carried out the research on the application of energy storage in three modes, and has carried on the analysis of the wind storage scheduling model applied by peak shaving and reserve supply mode, and proved the model’s superiority. |
