With the development of material and spiritual living,the related transportation demands are more strict.At present,Chinese railway passes six speed-up,due to the initial planning of the network is not reasonable,making a part of the lines are too busy and some are free.And passenger and freight have interacted for a long time,couple with the equipment of existing lines is too old,lead to reach the needs harder.Therefore,in order to solve the conflict of increased demands and deficient capacity,the schedule of building passenger special lines speeds up day by day,it is the inevitable part of reforming railway passenger transportation.In the process of forming network,it is absolutely to encounter the interference of cross line train,which will lead to the phenomenon of different speed trains running on the line.In this paper,it makes a systematic summary of the transportation organization modes,mainly including the respective advantages,disadvantages and the applicative conditions,focusing on the characteristics of current applicative mode—“mixed operation of high and middle speed”.And it briefly describes the definitions,characteristics and factors of capacity for passenger special line,mainly from two parts: transportation device and organization mode.Then it analyzes its operational steps and ideas,and uses the deduction coefficient method to analyze the capacity of the current mode.This paper is based on the previous results of scholars in various countries,combined with the unique situation of our country,to research the relevant issues.In the core part of the paper,the work is done on the basis of the results of the classical CA models and the models in the track traffic,combined with the characteristics of passenger special line,developing CA rules that different from the previous rules,and choosing the selection elements as multidimensional parameters,obtaining a model that based on moving block system,it is applicable to the current mode of our country,and getting the train pattern using the model,the evaluation results are that the pattern has some characteristics of traditional train diagram,it can be used as train diagram,and the results are consistent with the actual.On the basis,the paper is based on the above model to simulate passenger flow section,exploring the station spacing,mixed ratio and the number of departure line three factors affect the passenger special lines capacity.From the simulation results are that the number of medium speed trains affects the capacity larger,and reducing its quantity can increase ability within a certain range;The rational station spacing and the number of medium-speed trains have rules to follow;The number of departure line is one of the important factors for the capacity,the reasonable degree of the departure line on a certain level can not only improve the capacity,but also can save the construction funds.
