In development over the past few decades of project schedule management, project management of our country absorbed the foreign advanced experience, domain engineering also in the rapid development, but project schedule management compared with developed countries is still far from. The construction progress control is an important link to ensure the overall objective of the project completed on time, the WBS task decomposition, reasonable control of project cost objective, rational use of the resources of all kinds of projects, to ultimately achieve the control goal of the project, improve the project economic benefits has an important role. WBS task decomposition tool is also gradually introduced into the real estate project schedule management, so that the progress of the real estate management level has a certain improvement. Through the central living district Rueijing cent data sorting and analysis of the present status and problems in the project management with the related concept of the project schedule management analysis, proposed the concrete improvement measures, in order to improve the effectiveness of project management.The main purpose of this thesis is to study how to build a scientific and effective project schedule management system, briefly introduce the Rueijing cent of the project, the existing problems:in the schedule management lack of dynamic management method; planning is not scientific; scheduling incentive mechanism is not perfect; project coordination is not ideal; lead to the implementation of the plan effect is poor, through a variety of problems put forward improvement measures. According to WBS task decomposition, analysis between the program logic and hierarchical complete the task time, results of the demand is clear, and draw the made network diagram to untangle the interwoven relationship between the plan a good progress of the project management requires not only scientific workout schedule, still need to strengthen the professional export plan and system to determine the total duration of the project, as well as the resources and cost requirements.On the basis of the above analysis, from the work item decomposition to the project implementation process, put forward to improve the schedule management, a clear division of responsibilities, the standard working process, a sound incentive evaluation system for security system, through the practice of the project schedule plan and project specific binding, Rueijing cent project to study how to improve the level of project management, schedule by layer decomposition, annual and monthly plan and weekly plan and through dynamic control project schedule continuous improvement.This paper Rueijing cent project as the research background of problems in the project schedule management, put forward the improvement method to improve the project progress management, using WBS work on the decomposition principle, integration of various resources to the project objectives can be achieved, have certain realistic directive significance.
