This paper starts from the basic concept of the cracks in masonry structure engineering,control measures of temperature crack at home and abroad are studied,Points out the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign standards on crack.At the same time,the wall temperature cracks of masonry structure are classified and analyzed,and the causes of the formation of various types of cracks are analyzed.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,based on a simplified model of four-layer,nonlinear finite element analysis of masonry structure under the effect of sunshine temperature difference,and seasonal temperature difference,the temperature stress distribution.The sunshine temperature difference consider solar radiation,the seasonal temperature difference are defined with the uniform temperature and also considering concrete creep effect.Analysis of two kinds of conditions,each layer of selected window walls,no windows,interior walls and wall openings on the wall,the external and internal surface of the external wall are extracted from the data analysis.Draw the following conclusion : although the two operating conditions of different temperature values,different thermal analysis methods,but its stress distribution is basically the same;Stress in the height direction,top wall stress is greater than the middle of the two layer,the stress values of the middle two layers are basically the same;Stress in the wall width direction,at both ends,the stress is large and the Middle stress is small.The upper part of the monolithic wall stress is greater than the lower part stress;The outer walls,whether or not a window hole,internal and external surface stress change laws are the same,and the wall stress is the same as the distribution law of each floor;Wall with a window,the internal and external wall at the intersection of the stress is greater than the side of the window by the window.Every wall,whether or not there is a door,two the surface stress is basically the same,and the stress change law is basically the same,the inner wall and the outer wall intersect at the maximum stress value.Finally,according to the law of stress distribution and engineering practice experience,the measures of controlling temperature crack in design and construction are put forward.
