With the diversification of the electric power communication network is constantly expanding and communication means and equipment,fast scheduling and the effective management of the whole communication cyber source,has become very important.The construction of cyber source management system for electric power communication,to strengthen the centralized management of the cyber source and make full use of cyber source efficiency is very important.This paper introduces the design and development of an electric power communication resource management system.This system adopts the three layer system structure based on J2 EE,namely: data layer,business layer and client layer.The data layer stores various data;to implement business logic processing function of J2 EE application server layer of service;customer layer provides functions and user Interface.Firstly,the main work of this paper introduced the topic background and significance,introduces the research status of this subject at home and abroad,and introduces the research content and structure of thesis writing.Secondly,it introduces the related theory and technology needed for system development,the system uses J2 EE technology to carry on the development,and uses the MVC design pattern.It has carried on the system demand analysis,the system needs to do a detailed description.Then according to the actual demand of electric power communication resource management,based on the existing work step and management process,the design of electric power communication resource management system.The system is divided into several function modules,so as to realize automatic management of electric power system communication resource.Finally,after the design of the system,in the system development phase,according to the result of system design,to achieve the function of the system by using J2 EE technology.The software used in electric power communication system can optimize the communication resource allocation,so as to reduce the workload of managers,improve the electric power communication network operation and maintenance level,make effective use of communication resources.
