Bush bearing is a critical parts of engine and it has great significance to measure its highness automatically.Since the bearing is not a standard semi-nature state,it needs to be pressed into a checking block with specific load.Most domestic enterprise still stay in the manual phase as imported equipment's expensive price and immature technology inland.Basing on the design of brand new mechanical,this paper designs the control system of bearing highness auto-measuring and classifying device.The main research work as follows:Firstly,the demands of measurement and control function are analyzed to determine the main technical indicators basing on the mechanical structure and working pattern.Then functional objectives that the control system to be accomplished are set up.An overall design scheme is developed and outlined.It is explicated that the key of controlling system are pressure control and measurement model of bearing highness.Next,the paper begins to study solutions to key issues.Pressure loading method and measuring model of bearing highness are designed to solve the key issues of bearing highness measurement,starting from selecting electric cylinder to provide load pressure.With the control method of servo cylinder which can provide accuracy pressure rapidly,the system is able to study and predict the loading process and finish it efficiently and accurately.Since this equipment hasn't dedicated DAQ card,an experiment is designed to test pressure pulsation of electric cylinder.And the data collecting method is settled down while the analysis of pressure pulsation.Basing on the method using series checking block with master shell given in the ISO3548-3: 2012 standard,a new method is designed which is suitable for automated equipment.Then,specific hardware and functions design begins.After analyzing and adding up all input and output classifies involved,the function of main elements are confirmed and models are selected specifically.According to the working principle of each component,electrical schematics diagram,control panel layout diagram and layout inside the control cabinet design are designed.The design of function system is based on the interactive between system and operator after analyzing all basic functions to be done and establishing function models.Furtherly,equipment debugging,bearing specifications,measurement and protection & alarm are designed modularly to finish the control system.Finally,a series of experiments were carried out to obtain the measurement uncertainty and other stability data.It is verified that the control system designing is stable and reliable,and meeting the design specifications and requirements.
