Electric cylinder is widely used in military, industry, medical machine, teaching experiment, dynamic entertainment and other industries, because of its excellent control performance, easy installation, simple maintenance and other advantages. Domestic production enterprises of electric cylinder generally produce electric cylinder by assembling parts which are purchased form foreign countries. The research on the electric cylinder is not enough depth.Based on the summary of electric cylinder, PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor), optical encoder and other related knowledge, this paper designed the electric cylinder machine test system. The test system selects PLC as control center by using pulse control way and driving the electric cylinder. The test system selects touch screen as the man-machine interface which supplies the system operating software. For full playing PLC control performance and saving manpower and resources, the test system uses dual-channel design. The system has been put into use, resulting in economic benefits.This paper designed the electric cylinder frequency test system, completed identification of electric cylinder. This paper generated the sine signal, the cosine signal and the pseudo-random signal by programming with the M language, and established their own model in SIMULINK, then motivated the measured object through the DA-channel of DS1104, acquired response signal by using the AD-channel of DS1104, saved the input and output data using Control Desk, used MATLAB for data processing, obtained the frequency characteristics of electric cylinders based on correlation analysis, geted the electric cylinder model by using the Least Square identification method. The frequency test system has the characteristics of virtual instrument and considerable generality. The recognition results show that the resulting electric cylinder model could well describes the dynamics of electric cylinder and provides theoretical support for the controller design.Finally, considering the features of the electric cylinder such as nonlinearity uncertainty, in order to obtaining high performance of the location control, this paper designed electric cylinder position servo control system based on the ADRC. This paper studied the mathematical model, working principle and parameter tuning of ADRC. The system arranges the transition of reference input, gets the smooth input signals and its derivative signals by using TD; obtains estimates of state variables and disturbance by using ESO; designs the nonlinear controller by using NLSEF. Simulation results show that the electric cylinder position servo control system based on ADRC have the following favorable characteristics such as fast dynamic response, no overshoot, high repeatability and the ability of auto disturbance resistant.
