The paper has a research of the forestry processing residues to prepare mold packaging material,First,it presents the research of the classification and performance requirements of molded packaging materials;Second,the article ascertain the mold process by taking waste paper as raw material,and deepen on the understanding of the requirements of the packaging material characteristics;Then through analyzing the basic nature of the wooden processing residues to obtain high yield pulping process.By beating,refining and other paper making processes,the fiber is made,besides the fiber is suspended in water and forms pulp.The mold packaging material appears good strength,stiffness,toughness,plasticity,by the process of mold modeling and hot pressed drying crafts.In this paper,the paper deepen the understanding of the property of the paper by making preliminary experiment in the method of using mechanical pulp and chemical mechanical pulp(CMP)which is made by scrap corrugated waste,the remaining pieces of poplar to product molding packaging material.By testing its mechanical properties,and compared with the existing pulp mold packaging and timber,the iron mechanical properties.The mechanical strength,stiffness of simulation materials that made from waste paper pulp and mechanical pulp can't achieve the required performance requirements,while six mechanical indices of CMP can meet the requirements,and some of the index values can be compared with wood,iron.Optimal conditions is that:beating degree is 40 °SR,preloading pressure is 0.15 MPa,preloading time is 5 min,hot-pressing temperature is 190?,hot-pressing pressure is 1 MPa.It gets the optimal mechanical property value is that tensile strength is 84.374 3 MPa,stiffness is 3 339.7 mN,elastic modulus is 5 749.336 3 MPa,elongation is 3.649%,bursting strength is 1806 kPa,vertical edge compressive strength is 631.7 N.Finally,the expectations of molding packaging materials can be made by taking forestry processing residues as raw materials.Testing method is carried out under the industrial standard of BBT 0045-2007,"molded pulp industrial packaging." and GB/T 8168-2008"Testing method of static compression for packaging cushioning materials".,Molded industrial packaging materials satisfy the requirements for the mold material by simulation experiment,and has very good buffer performance,the maximum stress is 6.6 kg/cm2,indicating that use poplar wood processing residues to produce moldings is feasible,and it's valuable for industrial applications.
