Automobile wheel hub center hole cover,also known as hub center decorative cover,that’s decorative cover outside the center hole on the car rims.It can not only protect the internal structure,but also make the car look more beautiful and generous.Automobile wheel hub hole cover products for a car appearance parts,require high surface appearance,internal structure is complex,in this article,through computer aided analysis of CAE technology and the principle of orthogonal design,the product the best mould structure design and the optimal injection molding process.The major work with results includes:First,according to the requirements of the automobile wheel hub center hole cover product quality and structural features,analysis of the product,we found the flaws of the original design,gives a solution to the product structure was improved,complete product structure design.Product mold design laid the foundation for the next step.Second,the application of CAE simulation technology,using Moldflow mold flow analysis platform,analysis the product injection molding process,injection molding product could be found defects.In injection molding process of melt temperature,injection rate and the holding pressure as optimization variables to establish the optimization model of injection molding product quality,through the orthogonal experiment optimization method is optimized,the product optimization combination of injection molding process.Third,according to the requirements of the product quality,that is,its outer surface must be mirror,can’t appear any weld mark and ejector mark,using CAE simulation technology,gives the feasible inversion structure mould design,solve the core,the related questions of the push rod in the side,complete product mold design.Fourth,according to the optimization of injection molding process,test verification was carried out on the mould,plastic parts meet the product quality requirements,verify the feasibility of mold design. |
