In the 21 st century,with the continuous rapid development,the science and technology of power electronics promote the innovation and progress at power supply technology.Neither exploration of space navigation nor the multiple areas including ship,electricity,railway,postal service and telecommunications,sine wave inverter power supply has widely applications.Precisely because of it,the dynamic performance,load capacity and precision of the wave of inverter power supply is put forward higher requirements and research and development of inverter power supply with stable work,good dynamic performance and a big load capacity has been the goal for research and development personnel.Neither institute of put laboratory nor the enterprise production put line,single phase sine wave frequency conversion power supply has been used into various measuring and control circuit with the rise of industrial automation project.Therefore,the demand of sine wave frequency conversion power is increasing year by year and that prompted many scientists and engineers research and development frequency conversion power supply.As a new industrial project,frequency conversion power supply with high attachment value and considerable industry prospects.According to design requirement in this paper,various circuits design scheme comparison of demonstrate compare,finally,a set of reliable system scheme was determined and prototyping.This paper realized the design of the control unit,the drive unit,the main circuit and the LC filter circuit.This design utilization of DSP collected with input and output,real-time monitoring,it has a better high reliability.The inverter power using 10~14.5Vbattery as input,output voltage is 36 V,the standard sine wave alternating current frequency 50 Hz.The inverter power using Boost circuit and full-bridge inverter circuit two grade conversion which inverter conversion part using SPWM modulation.The system has functions of display lights,output overvoltage protection,input overvoltage protection,all indexes can reach expected target.
