There is a close and complementary relationship between the investigation, design and construction in geotechnical engineering,The integration model of the three has become the direction of the development of geotechnical engineering,The integration of research for some large survey and design units to enhance their international competitiveness is particularly important.In this paper, as Research on The Risk Management of The Integration of Investigation, Design and Construction in Slope Engineering as the subject, has carried out the following research work.(1) Construction of integrated risk index system for slope engineering survey, design and construction.In this paper, Based on the analysis of the risk management of slope engineering,we use hierarchical analysis method combined with a large number of engineering experience to identify the risk list of the integration project of slope engineering,And the index system of integrated safety risk assessment of slope engineering is constructed by selecting four layer indexes(target layer, criterion layer, sub criterion layer and index layer).(2) Construction of integrated evaluation model of slopeengineering survey, design and construction.According to the characteristics of the integrated risk index system of slope engineering, the risk index system is selected to evaluate the risk index system, after that use importance risk index system method to simplify the determination of weight,then,Using formula and the standard calculation index value at risk size and sorting, to determine the overall risk level and major risk sources caused the accident risk probability level, and the major risks and put forward effective measures.(3)engineering application.Taking a slope engineering in Heng yang as a case, the project risk list was identified by the relevant experience and analytic hierarchy process,then apply the integrated risk index system constructed in this paper, the risk index system of survey, design and construction of the project is established and use the integrated risk assessment model constructed in this paper to assess the risk of the project, and the ranking of the importance of the project risk index is obtained.The project risk occurrence probability level of 4(very likely), the overall safety risk level of grade IV(high risk),Finally, based on the analysis results, the major risk source control measures are put forward.The article Integrated risk index system and risk assessment model of slope engineering investigation, design and construction,besides that,Through practical engineering application, the major risk sources of practical engineering are found out, and the risk control measures are put forward,It has certain practical significance and social benefits for the risk management of slope engineering, which can provide reference for safety risk assessment and management of similar engineering integration.
