Mass customization combination the advantage of customization production and mass production, which meet customers' individual need at lower price and shorter delivery time. Product family is a series of products expressed by public parameters and custom parameters. Based upon product family, modular design is the effective way to implement mass customization, the overall structure and function in product family controlled by public parameters, the individual structure and performance is decided by the custom parameters. How to keep the difference individuals of product family, as much as possible to improve the product family commonality between individuals, in order to reduce the research and development costs in enterprise, has been the difficulty and hotspot in product family planning research. Based upon product family planning in the game of commonness and individuality, guided by the mathematical programming method, the study of this thesis are product family of module partition and planning optimization problem. The main works of this thesis are as follows:The first chapter describes the background of mass customization, product family design for mass customization, product family of module partition and module evaluation research statuses are summarized. In the base of analyzing the disadvantage of traditional product family planning research method put forward the proposed thesis research purpose and meaning.The second chapter expounds the general principles of the module partition of product family, realize product features- structure mapping through the product functional decomposition method based upon the information correlation diagram. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted to define the correlation between the product parts and components and the weight, build parts function, principle, structure, manufacturing and assembly relationship of incidence matrix, the correlation analysis of quantitative indicators as a module, a component code combined with separation code coding genetic algorithm was designed to module partition of product family, improved the convergence speed of genetic algorithm. As the Rotor Concrete Spraying Machine of product family for example, module partition of product family optimized model was established, genetic algorithm was introduced.The third chapter analyses the relationship between public and custom parameters on the influence of commonness and individuality of product family, built the associated optimization model that mainly public parameters optimization of product family, custom parameters optimization from the level and the introduction of polynomial response surface layer of the optimal value function fitting custom parameters, public parameters associated with custom parameters of leader-follower joint optimization. Finally to mine wet shotcrete machine speed reducer product family as an example to verify.The fourth chapter built constructed analytic platform for optimal planning of mass customization oriented product family. Combination the requirements of practical enterprise application, the module divide with Concrete jet speed's reducer product family was taken for example.
