Design Of The Unattended Wagon Balance System Based On Ethernet Technology

With the rapid development of economy in today's world,society and enterprise economic scale and production scale is expanding,it caused greatly raw material was purchased and products for export continued expansion.At the same time,competition among enterprises become more and more fierce.So,how to raise economic benefits is an important goal for development and survival of an enterprise.At the aspect of looking for economic growth,the traditional business has been difficult to support the speed of large-scale development.However,the industry informationization of automatic control and computer technology has gradually become a new economic point,and it has been gradually confirmed in the process of exploring.It is an important factor for enterprise's survival and development to go on road of the integration of informationization and industrialization in today's competitive current.Meanwhile industrialization and informationization is an important component of four modernization's construction in 12 th Five-Year Plan of our party and nation.With the speeding up of production scales and paces,enterprises need to achieve a goal of informationization and digitization.So,people's requisition for the information system of material metering is higher and higher,because this system is an important component of enterprises' informationization construction.In order to improve metering management and working efficiency,cut down the metering cost.Meanwhile,reduce the metering embezzlement phenomena,eliminate loopholes,and strengthen management of business links,provide timely,accurate,and provide comprehensive material metering data for each leaders and business units.Therefore,enterprises urgently need to establish an efficient,accurate and intelligent management system of material metering.In this thesis,choosing some large enterprises as project background,and on the basis of upgrading the metering system.Finally,an unmanned weighbridge system was designed and this paper gives a detailed introduction in many aspects,including implementation background,schematic design,project management and technical means.This system relies on the Internet,automation technology,RFID technology,data processing technology,IC card technology,video technology and many other technologies.With the powerful support from the data information,the system has played an important part in improving efficiency of resource allocation,meeting quick response to outside,communicating effectively to inside,reducing transaction cost,realizing integration of informationization and industrialization,propelling new-type industrialization,promoting the core competition,enhancing the level of management and economy benefit.
