At present, the energy efficiency of power system has been paid more and more attention. In the traditional power system energy efficiency analysis, power system is divided into three aspects:the generation side, transmission and distribution network and the user, which has a congenital sidedness. Considering the continuity and relevance of the energy transfer in the power system, the model of overall energy efficiency of power system is built in this paper, and the application of overall energy efficiency of power system in the operation and planning of power network is studied.Firstly, considering the continuity of power system energy transfer, the energy consumption of every link of power system is converted into the unit coal consumption, the efficiency model is established to evaluate the overall energy efficiency of power system. The influence of load change of each node on the energy efficiency of power grid is analyzed base on a 14-node network.Secondly, the application of overall energy efficiency of power grid in the user load scheduling is studied. Consumer price response model is established based on consumer psychology to describe the response behavior of user to electricity prices. On this basis, the probability model of multi user participation in price response is established to simulate the response behavior of massive user. In order to optimize the energy efficiency of power grid, the electricity price optimization model is established. And a case is studied at last.Then, the problem of power network planning considering the access of centralized charging stations is studied. The battery-swapping model is analyzed, and the principles of centralized charging stations planning is summarized. Under the constraint condition of battery-swapping demand, a locating and sizing model of centralized charging stations is established, in which the objective function are to maximize the overall energy efficiency of power grid and minimize the construction cost. The maximum daily charging load is taken as planning capacity for the centralized charging station in this model. The planning schemes with different objective functions are be compared in the case.Finally, the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation of the user is studied. Based on the analysis of user production processes, a comprehensive energy efficiency indexes system is established, including integrated electrical consumption, electrical consumption system, production information and power quality. Then the indexes are classified according to the national standard or industry standard, and the fuzzy membership degree theory is used to evaluate the energy efficiency of the users. Evaluation results can be used as the user's energy efficiency rating or suggestions for power saving modification.
