With the development of economy and the improvement of the national economy, centralized use of air conditioning loads in cities has become one of a important reason for peak-valley difference increase of grid load in summer, which has led to the imbalance between supply and demand of the Chinese energy. It is have a certain load potential of public building large scale air-conditioning load, therefore, it is of great significance to improve the safe of power grid to forecast the large-scale air-conditioning load of public building and to adopt a reasonable regulation patterns for the peak clipping of air conditioning loads. To solve the problem of public building large scale air-conditioning load participating in grid with virtual peak clipping, the paper includes the following contents:(1) Analysis the method of the public building large-scale air conditioning load prediction. As the seasonal terminal equipment, air conditioning is influenced by the climate factors. A novel forecast method considering the accumulated temperature effect is proposed in this paper based on Elman neural network.Take the effective accumulated temperature, temperature and humidity into consideration, the air-conditioning load of public building in the forecast day is acquired by Elman neural network. Simulated results show that the higher forecast accuracy can be achieved by considering the accumulated temperature effect.(2) Research the design of scheduling scheme considering the public building large-scale air-conditioning load. From the perspective of power grid scheduling, the public building large-scale air conditioning load participate in power grid peak clipping, it is will be considered of the characteristics of power grid thermal power unit and public buildings. Based on the scheduling scheme, analysis the framework establishment and evaluation,etc. Studied and analyzed the framework of scheduling with public building large-scale air-conditioning load participating in grid with virtual peak clipping with day-ahead scheduling and real-time scheduling of air-conditioning load, and a third party load aggregators participate in public building large scale air-conditioning load scheduling framework, detailed elaborated the double regulation goal and constraint conditions, puts forward evaluation index and calculation method the online public building large scale air-conditioning load, for the public building large scale air-conditioning load in scheduling optimization proposed reference coordinate system, finally gives adjustment process of the public building large scale air conditioning-load in scheduling scheme optimization.(3) Research the method of virtual flexible strategy of large-scale public building air-conditioning load. First analyzed the physical model of public building large scale central air-conditioning system composition and main function, and then research the physical modeling of the central air-conditioning, the energy dissipation power is divided into five main parts of the central air-conditioning, contains the refrigeration unit energy consumption, frozen water pump energy, fan coil units, the energy consumption of cooling tower and cooling water pump energy consumption, energy consumption and the five major part of the main factors influencing energy consumption analysis of modeling; Based on the main part of the energy consumption of central air conditioning, to optimize part of central air-conditioning, analyzes the public building large scale cent.(4) Establish a model of virtual flexible strategy of public building large-scale with coordination of much more time. Air-conditioning combinated participate in power grid day-ahead scheduling. Different air-conditioning users use different control strategy of power grid peak clipping, according to own actual characteristics. Firstly analyzes the flexible control combination optimization scheme of public building large scale air-conditioning, and then curve fitting the typical of air-conditioning load, and give the pre-optimization scheme according to the typical air-conditioning. Analysis the example for public building large scale air-conditioning to participate in power grid day-ahead with double optimization scheme. Finally get the peak clipping optimization scheme of morning peak, afternoon peak and night peak with the optimization software of CPLEX.
