| In this paper,combined with the development trend of domestic and international building energy conservation characteristic and the present situation,combining with the development of foreign and domestic energy consumption and energy saving technology,the large public building energy consumption and energy saving have been introduced.Analysis of the research background and significance,focuses on the analysis of the building envelope,the division of air conditioning systems,refrigeration and equipment selection,automatic control scheme and technical and economic analysis of technology decision problems.Energy saving of building air conditioning system by reasonable selection and optimization management of building air conditioning.Taking Shenyang Zhonghai square as the research object,combined with the engineering practice,the application of energy saving technology in large public building air conditioning system is analyzed in detail.From the analysis of climate characteristics,building envelope,thermal load,cold and heat sources,heat recovery system,optimizing management,energy saving of large public buildings are discussed in theory and technology.The building envelope reaches 65%local energy-saving rate standard,high efficiency chillers,using exhaust heat recovery technology,according to the characteristics of building a large proportion of the load of fresh air in summer,are put forward according to the energy control strategy of outdoor air control indoor environment.Effectively reduce the heat and cold load,energy saving purposes.2015 unit area of electricity consumption index is 97.1 kWh/m2,ordinary building is a of kWh/m2,energy efficiency of 22.56%,energy saving effect significantly.Application of energy saving technology of air conditioning system in Shenyang Zhonghai Plaza project.Building air conditioning system energy saving and environmental protection design,and analyze the power consumption compared with similar non energy saving measures in the construction,the use of energy-saving measures after building energy consumption has been greatly reduced the energy saving potential of the large public building is very large,very broad prospects for energy saving. |
