For the impact on the economy of grid with electric vehicle charging load in highway,this paper proposed the operation scheduling strategy for charging station based on energy-carring by EVS,and formulate the Economic implementation for it.Give owners reasonable Economic incentives,improve the interactive willingness of owner about participating the operation scheduling of charging station and let owners achieve optimized running scheduler policy by vehicles using behavior actively.In this paper, the optimization of the scheduling strategy about charging station charging load is divided into two steps.Step 1:day-ahead pre-optimization,make stabilize power grid-space load> increase load rate of power grid and reduce the peak valley difference of load curve as targets,optimize charging power of each charging station along the highway,compare with the load curve of the charging station withn't optimization,get the optimal dispatching power curve of charging station;Step 2:Real time optimization,consider prediction error of day-ahead prediction is larger than the one of real time prediction about conventional load,new energy output,charging load and service capacity of each charging station (related to equipment status, etc.),in order to reduce the influence of the distribution network operation about safety and economy caused by the forecasting error,re-optimize the charging power of charging station,correct and compare with the charging power of charging station of day-ahead pre-optimization,get the Real time optimal dispatching power curve of charging station.To cooperate with the implementation of the scheduling strategy above.Based on the analysis of the time-space coupling characteristics of the highway charging station,extend the electricity-price model in economics from single time scale to time-space scale,convert the charging station scheduling strategy to a reasonable and feasible charging system of charging station,Improve the enthusiasm of owners to participate in load dispatch and optimize the operation of power grid.In addition,the load dispatch of charging stations in this paper is based on the non emergency situation of rational planning,assuming each charging station can meet the most basic needs of charging requirement.This paper will complement the analysis of making a small reserve battery charging plan reasonable to meet the charging needs of emergency situations base on reasonable scheduling strategy and charging price.In the implementation of the operation scheduling strategy and the corresponding economic realization mode,the scheduling mechanism can regulate the charging behavior of the electric vehicle users in order to adjust the charging load of each charging station.Improve the economic performance of grid operation at the same time of accessing new energy,and reduce the impact of new energy output randomness on the economic performance of the power grid,form the complementation between New energy output and electric vehicle charging load,to improve the ability of power grid operation about consumpting the distributed energy and accepting electric vehicle charging load.
