Research On Electric Vehicle Charging Scheduling Strategy For Optimizing Charging Facility Efficiency

As people are more and more concerned about environmental protection and energy conservation,electric vehicles as new energy green vehicles gradually occupy an important position in the automotive market.However,the charging facilities for electric vehicles are temporarily unable to fully meet the charging needs of all vehicles at peak times.Therefore,this paper proposes scheduling strategies for charging facilities and electric vehicles from the perspective of optimization of charging facilities efficiency,so that limited charging resources can serve more charging vehicles.First,this paper analyzes from the inside of the charging station,and optimizes the scheduling for multiple charging piles in each individual charging station.Charging an electric vehicle takes a long time.Therefore,when the charging pile has a short idle period,the charging pile cannot meet the charging needs of any vehicle,and this resource can only be wasted.This paper proposes a charging pile scheduling strategy that requires secondary allocation.In the first stage,the charging station judges whether it can meet each charging request based on the principle of conflict sets,and encourages charging vehicles to adjust their charging periods through a series of incentive schemes to make the working time of the charging pile more compact.In the second stage,the charging station uses a single-parent genetic algorithm to arrange charging piles for all vehicles that have been accepted,and on the premise of meeting the charging needs of all vehicles,try to balance the workload of each charging pile.Simulation results prove that this charging pile scheduling strategy can effectively improve the utilization rate of charging piles and the success rate of electric vehicle appointments.Then,this paper proposes the optimal scheduling of energy storage systems.Considering that the power demand of charging stations is different in different time periods,this paper proposes that each charging station can be equipped with an energy storage system.The energy storage system is charged at the appropriate time,and then fed at the appropriate time,so that the peak and valley values of the charging station can be balanced.However,considering the fluctuation of electricity prices,if there is no reasonable energy storage system charging and dispatching strategy,the profit of the charging station may be damaged.Therefore,this paper proposes to use the ant colony algorithm to obtain an energy storage system charging and feeding schedule,and design simulation experiments to verify.The verification results prove that the solution can effectively increase the daily service volume of the charging station and increase the profit of the charging station.Finally,this paper proposes a scheduling strategy for electric vehicles.As we all know,even in the same time period,the charging requirements of charging stations located in different geographical locations are very different.Therefore,this paper considers the cooperative scheduling of multiple charging stations within a certain range.First,a one-to-many matching model is established for charging stations and electric vehicles,and then a matching algorithm is used to find an optimal matching solution for them,so that they can be assigned the most suitable charging station under the conditions of meeting all the needs of electric vehicles.Simulation results show that the scheduling strategy can effectively improve the reservation success rate of electric vehicles and balance the workload of charging stations.
