With the increasing environmental problems such as carbon emissions,the application of electric vehicles is becoming more and more extensive.At the same time,the excessive consumption of fossil energy has led to the rapid development of photovoltaic-based distributed clean energy.The construction of photovoltaic charging stations for electric vehicle which use photovoltaic power generation as the main energy source can realize the effective coupling between clean energy and electric vehicle,and achieve the local absorption of clean energy and reduce the loss of energy transmission.Firstly,the research on the energy allocation in photovoltaic charging station must be based on the accurate prediction of the power generation from the photovoltaic system because of the unstable characteristics such as volatility and randomness of photovoltaic power generation.The power generation from photovoltaic system is affected by many coupling factors,such as its component characteristics and meteorological information,which makes it more difficult to predict the power generation from photovoltaic system.In this paper,the historical output data and related meteorological information of photovoltaic system are analyzed and processed,and the main features are extracted and the prediction model is constructed based on neural network,which effectively reduces the Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)of PV system output power prediction and lays the foundation for the energy intelligent scheduling strategy of photovoltaic charging station.Secondly,the disordered charging behavior of large-scale electric vehicles will aggravate the fluctuation of the distribution side of the grid,resulting in infrastructure overload such as transformers.Based on this,this paper analyzes the volatility of photovoltaic charging stations,and models the charging behavior of electric vehicles.On the basis of accurate prediction of the output power of photovoltaic system,the corresponding intelligent scheduling strategy is proposed,which dynamically adjusts the energy of the charging station according to the power generation state of the system.The proposed strategy not only ensures the economic benefits of the charging station,but also reduce the variance of the purchasing curve of the photovoltaic charging station and effectively controls the power purchased from the power grid by the photovoltaic charging station and the charging behavior of the electric vehicle.Finally,the proposed strategy is verified by simulation.The experimental data proves that the strategy has a significant improvement in the economic cost of the charging station,the variance of the purchasing curve and the utilization efficiency of the photovoltaic energy compared to the disordered charging strategy of the electric vehicle.
