Along with the opening years growing of our country built highway, asphalt pavement has gradually emerged diseases such as rutting?upheaval?cracks?loose and so on, most of the highway will reach their use life, highway construction will face a significant challenges of "comprehensive maintenance".The traditional asphalt pavement maintenance will waste milling mixture of old asphalt concrete layer, causing a great waste of resources, and serious pollution of the environment, affecting the sustainable development of highway transportation.In order to eliminate or correct base course and surface course diseases, prolongs the service life of the pavement, reduce the cost of building, realize the old material recycling, protect the ecological environment, this paper studied the application of cold recycling mixture in highway. Mainly through laboratory test and test section paving,studied the mechanical performance, mixture design technique and structure design technique of low dose cement cold recycling mixture in subbase and asphalt emulsion cold recycling mixture in lower course. Further accumulation of low dose cement cold recycling technology and asphalt emulsion cold recycling technology in jiangsu province and domestic successful application experience, to supplement and revision the existing specifications, formed the local construction guidance. Provide technical support for the large-scale promotion application of this technology in the highway.
