Abrasive water jet machining technology is a kind of highly efficient processing method in environmental protection.The technology has been developing rapidly in recent years,because of its Strong adaptability and good quality of incision.In the industrial production processing shows incomparable advantage over the traditional processing.Compared with research,this papers improve the high pressure abrasive water jet machining parameters on the depth of cutting marble material.By abrasive water jet cutting test of laiyang green marble material and many abrasive particles simulate the process of cutting marble material.On the base of abrasive water jet theory,this thesis studies cutting mechanism of abrasive waterjet on brittle materials.Due to the improvement of abrasive water jet nozzle,abrasive is mixed with water more uniformand improving the service life of the nozzle.In addition,this papers analyzes the process of abrasive water jet cutting hard brittle material,mainly including water wedge effect,abrasive particles impact,erosion effects and microfabrication function of the abrasive to machined surface.By orthogonal test,primary and secondary factors affecting abrasive water jet machining are water jet pressure and target distance and abrasive flow.The results of single factor test show.When water jet pressure increases,the depth of cut adds significantly in a certain range.However,the pressure continues to increase,not significantly increase the depth of cut adds Obviously.When the target distance increases,the depth of cut increases first and then reduces.When the abrasive flow increases,the cutting depth increases and then decreases.The grinding material jet cutting process simulation of particles by using the smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method with the traditional finite element method(FEM)coupled modeling.Simulation of multi particle abrasive water jet cutting process of marble.Through the simulation of different processing parameters,analysis of the test results was verified jet pressure of the single factor and multi abrasive particle simulation results change trend is consistent and analyzedthe reason of the deviation of the target distance and abrasive flow simulation and experimental results.By experimental and simulation analysis of abrasive waterjet,summarizes the effect of processing and processing rule of the various process parameters on the abrasive water jet.As a result,this study provides references for optimizing process parameters of abrasive water jet machining.
