With the development of society,the improvement of economic level,people on the construction of the safety level requirements has after the earthquake from the security requirements for the safety of human life,developed to protect people's life safety and guarantee the construction and normal function of the use of the requirements.This thesis is through the research of the teaching building of the earthquake can be restorative methods,improve teaching building of the seismic capacity and seismic safety level,reduce the earthquake caused the loss of,using the function for the teaching building of the earthquake rapid recovery of method and technical support.In this paper,from the macro earthquake damage of buildings for teaching performance of earthquake recovery effect and construction of the overall deformation analysis of two aspects of the teaching building of the earthquake can be restorative,and put forward the teaching building of the earthquake recovery grade division standard,discusses the teaching building of the earthquake can be restorative to simplify the evaluation process.Firstly,according to the influence of the components on the function of the teaching building,the importance grade of the teaching building elements is proposed.Secondly,the selected acceleration and displacement as architectural recovery evaluation index,respectively from two aspects of both structural and non structural elements were analyzed,and puts forward the teaching building of the deformation of the whole grade division standard,and the teaching building of the earthquake can restore grade division standard.Finally,based on the seismic design of buildings,the simplified evaluation method of the seismic restoration of teaching buildings is put forward,and the level of the recovery of all kinds of components is considered a priori.By means of numerical simulation and seismic damage analysis,this paper verifies the evaluation method of seismic performance of the teaching building.Based on the finite element analysis software of SAP2000 and ANSYS,the teaching building model of reinforced concrete frame structure was established.By calculating the architectural structure of interlayer displacement angle,infilled wall deformation analysis and acceleration sensitive type non slip structure,overturning analysis.And the results of the simulation and simplified evaluation method results are compared and analyzed,verified the proposed teaching building earthquake can restore the rationality of the evaluation standard and method.
