This paper studies on gas removal effection of diesel generator by using gravity technology and equipment. Especially, whether the the use of post-gravity technology and processing equipment affect the resistance of their own diesel generators running or not.As a new type of wet dust collection technology, gravity technology advantages than traditional dust removal technology and equipment existing now. The subject, based on the research of the dust content in different, different dust samples, dust-laden gas in different size the Ministry of Education, Beijing University of Chemical Engineering Research Center of gravity having done, pilots study on the application of gravity in diesel generators'dust emission. Two effects were studied:(1) the influences of different gas flow rate(G),gas speed, rotation speed(N) and liquid flow rate(L) on the pressure drop.(2)the influences of different liquid flow rate on the gas Rb.1?By dust removal study results show that:(1) During the range of research, the export exhaust smoke decreases with the increases of the liquid flow and rotation speed. The lowest concentration is 0.241Rb.(2)While the import exhaust smoke is 5.933Rb, the lowest export smoke can be achieved 0.733Rb, dust removal efficiency can reach 96.4%.2?By pressure drop study results show that:(1)The pressure drop of the system increases with the increase of G When the rotation speed is above 1200 r·min-1, the system pressure drop was basically negative, under the conditions of the experimental G(131, 242,288,343,394 m3·h-1)?(2)The pressure drop of the system increases with the increase of gas speed. When the rotation speed is above 1400 r·min-1, the system pressure drop was totally negative, under the conditions of the experimental gas speed (7?22 m·s-1)?(3)The pressure drop of the system decreases with the increases of the rotation speed. When G is above 131 m3·h-1, the system pressure drop was negative, under the conditions of the experimental rotation speed (800?1400 r·min-1)?(4)The pressure drop of the system is stable While L is increasing.3?Engineering applicationUnder the experimental conditions, the results draw the following conclusions.(1) Dust removal effectAfter dust removal, the concentration of the smoke is very low which is about 0.1 Rb, dust removal efficiency is above 95%. From the tunnel's exhaust port, Basically do not see the gas discharge, but can only feel the air flow.(2) pressure drop effectIn the continuous operation of 6 hours, the system pressure drop is essentially the same. And the diesel generator has been working steady, smooth exhaust.
