| The full-life cycle management of trial sample car is a vital part and one of the important means in the product development process, the work concerns the whole development project’s cycle and the design quality. FOTON car engineering research institute trial-manufacture and test center are mainly responsible for kinds of management business in the process of prototype trial-manufacture, test and prototype flow, which involving every parts of the whole process in sample car’s full life cycle management.This paper took the process of existing Test Data Management System (abbreviate as TDM system) optimizes and upgrades to trial sample car’s full life cycle management system in FOTON motor company as the research object. It analyzed and identified the problems that existing Test Data Management System confronted in trial sample cars’management, and further analyzed the new business demand in prototype management process, then put forward optimal design scheme aiming at that problems and demands. Following are the specific study contents:First, the paper clarified the theoretical foundation of the research; secondly, it assorted the existing problems of Test Data Management System in the process of trial sample cars’management, and analyzed the company’s new demands in prototype management process; thirdly, this paper used Delphi method making the business and technology experts to judge the question categorization of the company’s trial sample car project under the form of back to back, and identified TDM optimization upgrading, whole process management and Information acquisition automation three categories, which involved 11 key demands. Finally, the paper proposed corresponding optimal design scheme through repeatedly communication and discussion with the business manager and software partners, aiming at that 11 key demands by using the principle of the configuration management. |
