Based on the actual situation of order cost management of elevator products in G Company,this paper analyses the problem of order cost management found in BOM cost accounting,non-standard quotation and quality loss responsibility division,and finds out the improved management method,so as to effectively command and control the order cost.Hope to provide some feasible solutions for G company to reduce and maintain the level of order cost,improve market competitiveness and obtain good economic benefits,and also hope to provide some reference for the implementation of project management of order cost for the customized batch production enterprises.This paper envisages the application of project cost management in elevator order operation to improve the level of order cost management.On the basis of collecting relevant literature on elevator order and project cost management,the current research status of elevator order cost management is grasped,and the content and technical route of the research are determined accordingly.After giving the basic situation of G company and the status quo of order cost management,this paper puts forward some problems in order cost management,including the period of order execution,information platform and cost performance evaluation mechanism.Then,from the four stages of cost planning management,estimation,budget and control of project cost management theory,this paper makes a comparative analysis of their respective inputs,methods,tools and outputs,points out the shortcomings of each part and the areas needing improvement,and puts forward the improvement methods of each stage.Then,three improvement methods are put forward to achieve the goal of effective cost management and control.They are the establishment of order cost management system based on five process groups of project management to achieve continuous improvement,the establishment of order cost management information platform based on earned value method to grasp and predict cost deviation in time,and the establishment of life cycle cost performance management based on product line to implement classified assessment and project management.Then,according to the actual situation of G company,from the five aspects of organization,norms,methods,activities and resources,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to implement the improved order cost management,and gives some situations and effects of the current implementation.Finally,from the above research,improvement and application,it is concluded that the implementation of the improved order cost management can contribute to the rapid realization,continuous operation,collaborative work and project management,and it is proposed that future cost management research should be improved in the direction of value,customers and talents.
