As an asset intensive enterprise,the fixed assets play an important role in the total assets of power grid enterprises.With the increase of power grid investment year by year,the fixed assets ratio is also growing steadily.Through the research and improvement of fixed assets management of power grid enterprises,it can effecti vely reduce the operating cost and improve the operating efficiency.The asset life cycle commonly adopted by domestic power grid enterprises Management mode should be the focus of research.In China,as a state-owned enterprise,power grid enterprises need to respond to the call of the government to reduce fees and taxes and modernize governance,which puts forward higher requirements for its management information and intelligent level.The application of Internet of things technology in power grid is an important achievement to improve the equipment asset management level and governance modernization of power grid enterprises.With the proposal of "Three Types and Two Nets" strategy of national power grid in 2019,the application of Internet of things technology will become the key work of power grid enterprises in the next few years.Firstly,based on the theory of asset life cycle management,this study visited y power supply company,divided its asset life cycle management into four stages of "planning,design,procurement,construction,operation and maintenance,overhaul and decommissioning disposal",and found and analyzed the current management situation and problems in each stage.Secondly,this research uses "physical ID" technology to connect the data of management information system of Y power supply company "eight codes“,breaks the problem of data island between systems,realizes the cross transmission of data between systems and the whole life cycle record retrieval of equipment.At the same time,this study introduces the technology of power Internet of things to reconstruct the asset life cycle management system of Y power supply company,puts forward the asset life cycle management system framework of power Internet of things based on "physical ID",and on the basis of this system framework,uses the business process reengineering theory,lean management theory and collaborative management theory,aiming at the grid assets of Y power supply company Many business applications in each stage of life cycle management carry out corresponding process optimization or reconstruction,and use big data analysis and artificial intelligence technology to realize the whole process digital,lean and intelligent management from the beginning of power grid asset design to retirement and scrap,so as to improve the efficiency of power grid asset management.Finally,from the perspective of organization,performance,talent and information technology,this study puts forward all-round safeguard measures for the optimized new system to ensure that y power supply company can firmly and smoothly transform to the asset life cycle management system based on the power Internet of things.
