With the continuous development of science and technology, continuous improvement of people's quality of life, lighting requirements for people tend to be more energy-efficient, intelligent and healthy. Only low power consumption, long life, color temperature adjustable, adjustable brightness control can not meet people's needs. Firstly, select the light source and a control platform, secondly design driving power supply according to the source characteristics, design each module circuit parameters and hardware production, followed by the software part of the design, and finally to the hardware and software system testing. Specific summarized as follows:1. Drive power for color rendering select flyback switching power supply, switching power supply EMI filter, RCD clamp circuit, power factor correction circuit and an output feedback circuit for detailed analysis and calculation of the main parameters, the wireless communication module application circuit design, antenna matching, complete LED constant current driver switching power supply schematic design, PCB board production.2. Color rendering software consists of two parts:one for completing lighting equipment network establishment and adding, color matching chromaticity calculations and the corresponding PWM waveform design updated in real time, another part for the mobile terminal APP interface design, network programming, and color management. Final completion switch control, brightness adjustment, color adjustment, auto-dimming function.3. Under the condition of full load, test drive power's parameters, the measured power parameters conform to design. Measure the PWM output waveform comparing to the corresponding color, to verify the reasonableness of the design parameters. Using spectral irradiance meter SPIC-200, luminance meter, as well as the dynamic response tester measure light. Add visual dodging behind a panel lamps, dodging the board in a uniform dispersion, no LED lamp beads particle phenomenon. Wide color gamut lamps that can be displayed, CRI also meet the design specifications. Measured LED blink frequency greater than 160Hz, no flicker, the health effects are negligible. By using ZigBee protocol analyzer software performs packet capture device for communicating by analyzing data packets to a crawl time parameters and LQI(link quality indicator) parameters can be obtained in the area within a radius of 8m good communication quality results.
