A Research On The Design Strategy Of Precast Concrete Industrialized Building Facade Expression

Concrete is material that has been used for centuries in architect, but its excellent qualities and usages characterize it as modern and versatile. With the rise of the domestic industrialization building, architectural precast concrete as a kind of cladding system of industrial building will be used more than before. Our country is lack of experience of using precast concrete components, while the present study are focus on the aspect of structure and construction. However, architectural precast concrete has been used for many decades in North America and Europe,. Therefore, this paper choose the expression of precast concrete industrialized building facade as research object. The motif of the paper is the design strategy that balance standardization and diversity.Chapter 1 is the introduction; Chapter 2 reviews the history of architectural precast concrete with the clue of time; Chapter 3 discuss standardization and diversity,which is the core elements of expression of precast concrete industrialized building facade; Chapter 4 makes a further analysis on the design strategy that balance standardization and diversity, with case study; Chapter 5 introduce the precast concrete cladding design for Al 1 primary school in Dingjiazhuang phase ?.
