With the development of mechanical production and CNC machine orients to the increasingly stringent requirements:high-speed and high-precision, adopting permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) direct drive is attracting more and more attention and research. Studying dual-axes platform control system, which could be regarded as the foundation of multi-axis motion control, has extremely important theoretical and realistic significance. In this paper, control policies of PMSLM was studied to improve precision.Firstly, a PID control method combined fuzzy controller and SFLA was proposed. The fuzzy controller and SFLA programming was designed. The model of PMLSM and the controller were built on the Matlab. Under the three control methods, traditional PID, fuzzy controller and SFLA-FUZZY, the the simulating results were contrasted. It proves that, SFLA-FUZZY controller responds faster, maximum overshoot decreases apparently.Secondly, a comparison has been made between the three methods:point-by-point comparison method, DDA and time-slicing interpolation, a model of contour error is proposed. In consideration of the dynamic cooperation of the two axes, a variant gain cross-coupling-controller is designed and simulated with the Matlab.Thirdly,the thesis studies the joint simulation method of Matlab and Labview and makes experimental testing to proved the advantage of time-slicing interpolation, a user interface is also build.Finally, building dual-axes platform and the simulation results are verified by experiment. Pointing out the shortage of this paper and the further research direction.
