Research On Incremental Renewal Strategy Of The Rural Public Architecture In The Context Of New Urbanization

In the present world, the process of globalization and urbanization has a tremendous impact on the development of the construction of the world and the the city. The shape and space of the architecture and city is becoming more and more convergent. The rapid expansion of the cities led to the continuous passage of the countryside. These problems have aroused widespread concern in the community. China is a world famous agricultural country, the problem of rural people's living and environment construction has always been the focus of China and even the whole world. In the new urbanization process rapidly advancing today, the phenomenon of large scale construction in rural and urban areas is widespread. The extensive mode of development makes Chinese traditional village style and regional characteristics gradually fade away, these are painful and sad for us.Based on the theory of Sustainable Development Theory, Urban Renewal Theory and Organic Renewal Theory of construction, the concept of rural architecture incremental renewal is put forward in this paper. Taking the new rural public buildings which architects involved in their updating as the main research object, many updating cases in villages in south regions of Yangtze River are surveyed and mapped, analysed and summarized in the study. Incremental renewal strategy is revealed from three aspects:architecture space, structure and material. The author attempts to seek a way to renew the traditional culture and the historical style in the process.Through the study of the incremental renewal stategy of rural public buildings in south regions of Yangtze River, this paper tries to mobilize the positive factors in the development of new urbanization. After the guidance of sustainable, organic and progressive ideology, traditional rural architectural forms and methods could be passed during rural construction. The intervention of architects maximizes the value of traditional rural architecture, thereby the residents could see the mountains, see the water, remember nostalgia.
