As human life level unceasing enhancement, in recent years, cardiovascular diseases become one of the main factors of human disability and premature death. The blood pressure is one of the important physiological indicators of cardiovascular disease, and the appropriate blood pressure is essential for maintaining the normal metabolism of human body. So the detection of blood pressure is more and more valued by people. But most of the currently used is one of the traditional mercury mercury column type sphygmomanometer, it is difficult to be used, and training is needed to measure accurately. But in recent years, with the rapid development of embedded software and hardware technology, wearable intelligent medical equipment gets gradually the favour of people.So designing and developping of portable electronic sphygmomanometer has become the consensus of the target. Currently on the market, electronic sphygmomanometer exists as an individual.it is impossible to upload data to the cloud in order to realize the purpose of remote medical treatment. This paper designs and realizes a electronic sphygmomanometer by oscillographic method and based on bluetooth 4.0. It is based on intelligent medical center, implemented mainly by means of software, and the data source is electronic blood pressure monitor terminal. In order to lay the foundation for The complete implementation of remote medical treatment and the new medical model of personalized medicine.The paper first summarizes and analyzes the oscillographic method and the improved algorithm of oscillographic method, Comprehensive analyzing of various advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm, and improves the appropriate algorithm in order to put forward a new Blood pressure determination method Combining with the inflection point method and variable amplitude coefficient method:Firstly determining the peaks of the pulse wave of each single-wave, Choosing the best curve fitting method for fitting of the pulse wave envelope and Find out a maximum of envelope, obtaining average pressure by the maximum. Finally using variable amplitude coefficient method to determine the location of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, Then obtaining the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. Then Based on the new blood pressure determination methods,Building electronic sphygmomanometer hardware circuit. Developing blood pressure acquisition display software on Android development, realizing the measurement of blood pressure and reliable transmission, Finally on the development of electronic sphygmomanometer test and verify, Experiments show that the system conforms to the American association for the advancement of medical instruments (AAMI) standard requirements.
