Diabetes is now a serious disease that harms human health.Monitoring changes in blood glucose is the most important and most effective method to prevent and control the diabetes in clinical.Most of the existing blood glucose monitors on the market are based on electrochemical methods,and the test results are stored in the detection instrument,which is not conducive to the correlation analysis of the data.This system build a high-sensitivity,low-injury,real-time blood glucose monitoring hardware device which is based on embedded detection technology and Android App.This system communicates with Android App through Bluetooth technology,and finally this paper verifies this system's performance and reliability with different concentrations of glucose solution.The main contents of the thesis includes the realization principle of electrochemical detection technology,hardware system design of detection system,embedded software design,Android App design,and blood glucose detection system verification and other related experiments.The hardware system of this thesis is based on STM32F407,the contents of this part include chip selection of power supply module,signal acquisition module,MCU module and Bluetooth module.Finally,the PCB board design is completed successfully.The embedded software design part mainly includes A/D input module,D/A output module,blood glucose data processing module,RX / TX serial transmission module;Android App design part includes UI interface design,establish a Bluetooth connection,Bluetooth data monitoring,database management,and graph drawing functions.The experimental part of the paper describes the process of determining the fitting curve corresponding to the test strip in detail.The system designed in this paper can combine the intelligent detection terminal with the mobile internet to build a mobile intelligent detection device,which can allow user to upload the detection result in real time and view the historical record on the mobile device at any time.
