Power and economy of electric vehicle is an important index to evaluate the electric vehicle. In order to make it have a good performance in power and economy, it is necessary to match the power system of electric vehicle. In recent years, with the development of electric vehicles, electric vehicle technology has made a breakthrough, but the battery technology and charging technology is still a bottleneck restricting the development of electric vehicles. In this case, in order to make the electric vehicle performance is excellent, the dynamic matching design is more important.This project is supported by the Shanxi provincial economic and Information Technology Committee(CX2014-45), cooperate with Shanxi province ChengGong automobile manufacturing Co., ltd.,in order to succeed in the car "space one" as the prototype car. According to the demand of urban logistics, Completed the design of the micro electric city logistics vehicle and the manufacture of the prototype vehicle. The main work of this paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of the city logistics vehicle running conditions, the dynamic system matching design and optimization of the vehicle is completed, the main research contents include:1)To study the urban road conditions and logistics conditions, summed up the characteristics of urban logistics vehicles operating conditions, the dynamic characteristics of urban logistics vehicles, economic and continued mileage and other evaluation indicators were analyzed.2) According to the characteristics of urban logistics conditions, combined with the performance of electric vehicles, the performance requirements of electric city logistics vehicles are proposed. According to demand, overall design of the model, and the dynamic and economy requirements based on Design of electric drive system, energy system design and transmission system design, to system parameters matching, determine the motor driven type, speed, power battery types, numbers and the final ratio and the main reducer design.3) To establish vehicle simulation model in AVL-CRUISE software, income will match the parameters of all the parts of the input model of the various components, by setting the computing tasks, on the vehicle acceleration performance, the maximum speed, the maximum gradeability and continued driving mileage and performance simulation analysis.4) According to the matching results to design, prototype manufacturing, and dynamic experiments on the dynamometer, and simulate the running conditions of real vehicle continued driving mileage test. Experimental results verify the feasibility of matching parameters.5) According to the prototype vehicle preliminary test results and simulation analysis, to the vehicle battery number and the transmission ratio is optimized and the optimized results both power and economy, enhance the comprehensive performance of Electric City car logistics.In this paper, the real vehicle as the research object, the micro pure electric vehicle was studied systematically. The research process can be used in the development of other models, and it has certain guiding significance for the development of micro pure electric vehicle.
