| Potholes is one of the most prominent and serious disease in each grade highway asphalt pavement in China,which not only affect the road performance of asphalt pavement and driving comfort,will shorten the service life,the most direct threat to traffic safety.Therefore,in view of the prevalence of potholes issue such as difference of durability damage repair technology extensively,repairing materials,high-performance potholes repair special interface bonding materials and new type durable repairing material,in order to achieve the purpose of potholes repair fast durable,extend the life of the potholes repair cycle,achieve good curing effect,to promote the development of pavement maintenance to the high efficiency,fine,durable has a positive role in promoting.This paper based on the potholes joint interface contact state,at the same time,considering the level and vertical load is established finite element model for repair,analyses,patch size,patch thickness and modulus ratio on the seams interface mechanics index,determine the friction contact model of maximum shear stress,maximum tensile stress in the interface more big;Second,through to the potholes repair piece of interface bonding with the original pavement damage mechanism research,put forward three-five layer binding model is put forward,and explains the waterborne epoxy resin,the single or compound modification mechanism of emulsified asphalt cement and four phases,determine the WEA type binding material and CWEA type binding material,curing temperature and curing time,further by shear and pull out test optimization to get the best formula,bond microscopic character analysis for its structure;Finally,the composite specimen interface mechanical properties and fatigue damage analysis,studies the bond types,distributing dose,temperature and the influence of the slit type of interface stress,on the basis of the repair composite structure fatigue test,is established considering nonlinear viscoelastic plasticity and damage variable cycles fatigue model,and verify the rationality and feasibility of the results showed that the binding material type,stress ratio on repair composite beam fatigue life significantly,under the condition of the stress ratio of 0.2,WEA type binding material life can reach more than 12000 times.This article research results will help further understanding in complex environmental condition,bituminous pavement potholes catastrophic failure mechanism,the development of repair materials for rapid durability,lay the foundation to establish the system of performance evaluation,to perfect the potholes repair after the fatigue design method,improve the residual life of asphalt pavement is of great significance.Can also be used to guide the asphalt pavement maintenance,improving the quality of road use,save maintenance cost,and has significant social and economic benefits and broad application prospects. |
