Key Technologies Research And System Design Of International Register Of Air Operator Certification

The print-out Air Operator Certification(AOC) and Operations Specifications(Ops Specs) are difficult to be modified as soon as possible, bring unnecessary cost to airlines and not convenient enough to inspect the other contracting states in International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO). So a safe, stable, easy-to-use International Register of AOC will not only bring great sake for the contracting states and airlines, but also be of significance to imporve the security of the global air transport.This paper analyzes the requirements of ICAO and airlines, designs the AOC system,and uses Spring.NET and Oracle database to develop this system. And the system has been deployed in ICAO successfully. The innovation of this paper is that it proposed solutions to solve the security problem and optimize the search.First of all, the paper gives out the overall requirements of the AOC system.Object-Oriented Analysis method is used to analyse the functional requirements, and use case diagram and activity diagram are generated. Base on the analysis of the requirements,modular design method is used to design the AOC system. Flow charts are used to design the detailed modules. Besides, this paper gives out the design of database.Second, for the security of the data this paper analyses the factors that may threaten the security of the system, such as the security of IIS, the access control, the security of codes, the security of data and the security of database and so on. Then a solution is proposed to solve the security problems. Role-base Access Control is used in the solution, which grants permissions to roles, and then assigns the roles to users.Third, to provide quick search service to the global users, this paper analyses the factos,such as hardware, software and network, whick may lower the search performance of database. A solution to optimize the search performance is proposed. It focuses on how to optimize the SQL statements. This solution has been proved useful to improve the search performance obviously.Finally, this paper completes the development of register of AOCs. And the system has been deployed in ICAO. Now, users from France, Canada, Australia, UAE are the volunteers to test it out.
