| Green building evaluation is an important way to promote the popularization of green building.At present,there are more than 600 methods,frameworks and tools related to green building evaluation in the world.However,with the rapid growth of the number of green building certification,more attention has been paid to the differences between the actual performance of energy efficiency and the design expectations of the certified buildings.For this reason,the typical green building evaluation system in developed countries has formulated and promulgated the re-certification system of the label,formed a periodic review of the green building operation stage,so that the connotation of green building can be continued.Nowadays,China’s green building industry is also facing the same problems,and the task of building a label recertification system is imminent.Therefore,this paper firstly summarizes and compares the identification re-certification systems of LEED,Green Mark and BREEAM evaluation systems,and analyses the characteristics and general trends of different green building identification re-certification systems.After that,through the summary and analysis of the relevant content of green building evaluation in China,the necessity of building the re-certification system of green building label in China is explained,and the main task of building the re-certification system of green building label and the role of the participants are also explained.At the same time,the article also combs the main principles that should be followed in the construction of China’s green building label re-certification system.Finally,the Re-certification method of China’s green building label is studied in detail,and the scientific and reasonable Re-certification evaluation in practical application is verified by the case study of the three-star green building project in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city. |
