In the face of global warming,air pollution and other difficulties,electric vehicles,with their good environmental characteristics,have become an industry strongly supported by all countries.However,research shows that if electric cars are powered entirely by fossil fuels,electric cars will emit more CO2 and air pollutants than regular fuel vehicles.As a result,more and more electric car charging stations will be equipped with a certain amount of photovoltaic power generation equipment to supply the electric energy required by electric vehicles.But due to large fluctuations in photovoltaic power generation,in order to guarantee the service quality of the charging station,charging station needs to access the regular power grid at the same time,when the photovoltaic power is not enough to meet the demand of charging by the grid to pay for the balance of power.If there is no reasonable and effective charging scheduling strategy,the random charging of electric vehicles will inevitably result in the mismatch between the photovoltaic power generation and the charging demand.When the power of photovoltaic power generation is greater than the total power of charging load of charging station,it will cause waste of photovoltaic power generation.When the power of photovoltaic power generation is less than the total power of charging load of charging station,the charging station has to use the power grid to make up the difference power.Visible,use the reasonable effective charging scheduling mechanism,causes the photovoltaic power supply and charging demand match as far as possible,improve the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the dependence on grid electricity charging station,can effectively reduce the air pollution caused by the use of electric cars.Therefore,it is very important to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation.Based on the auction theory to design three kinds of solar charging power auction mechanism,and for each kind of electricity auction mechanism,puts forward the corresponding pricing algorithm and from the perspective of economics,the pricing algorithm is analyzed,finally,its performance is verified by simulation.The power auction mechanism of the three photovoltaic charging stations proposed in this paper is:?1?Independent power auction of charging station.Each charging station independent photovoltaic power generation for auction,users to participate in the bidding,send the demand to the charging power and are willing to pay the highest price,charging stations according to the received offer,from high to low choose auction successful user collection until completion photovoltaic power distribution.?2?Independent power auction of charging station for subsection bid.Block bid charging station independent power auction is the improvement of the auction mechanism,users can be part of power given higher offer,ensure a much-needed power bidding probability of success,the other part of the power given low bid,users in the photovoltaic power generation is plentiful,get a lower price.This flexible approach increases the demand for electricity from users,which can further increase the utilization rate of renewable energy generation when the supply of renewable energy is sufficient.?3?Cooperative power auction of multiple charging stations.The charging dispatch system of the multi-charging station will auction the renewable energy of the charging station in a region,and the user can participate in the auction of multiple charging stations at the same time.This auction mechanism can realize load balancing among multiple charging stations.Compared with the common direct control power scheduling method and the price-guided scheduling method in the literature,the auction mechanism-based scheduling algorithm has the advantage that the user can actively select the charging time and avoid the inconvenience caused by the user's passive acceptance of charging regulation;The pricing algorithm designed based on the auction theory makes the price change with the market supply and demand,and is fair and just for the charging station and the user;the auction algorithm can achieve accurate control of the charging station load.
