| Building energy efficiency means human activities that we take all measures to cut downenergy consumption in life cycle of buildings, basing on that building function and indoorenvironment can be ensured. Building energy efficiency is related to government managementsystem, energy efficiency of new constructions, energy efficiency retrofit of existing buildings,energy efficiency of equipment to adjust indoor environment, application of renewable energytechnology, and incentive policies. Building energy efficiency should be led and promoted bygovernment.Based on thoroughly understanding of development of building energy efficiency in ourcountry and abroad, this paper completely summarized the work of building energy efficiencyof Zhanjiang during the11th five-year plan period, such as local climate and characteristics ofbuilding energy efficiency work, energy consumption of government and other large publicbuildings, energy efficiency of new construction and existing buildings, application of newwall materials and social cognitive of building energy efficiency.Basing on conclusion of advantage and disadvantage of building energy efficiency workof Zhanjiang during the11th five-year plan period, reference to the domestic and foreignadvanced experience of building energy efficiency, the future situation of building energyefficiency in the12th five-year period were forecasted, such as implementation of buildingenergy efficiency standards, application of new wall materials, energy consumption of newconstructions, energy consumption of energy efficiency retrofit of existing buildings, buildingareas of application of renewable energy technology and building areas of green building.Finally, the main targets and tasks of building energy efficiency Zhanjiang government shoulddo during the12th five-year period were described, and the main work and supportingmeasures which can ensure the goal of building energy efficiency of Zhanjiang were also givenin this paper. |
