A Study Of The Public Opinion Response Method And Its Application In Construction Enterprises Emergency

In view of the serious negative effects to construction enterprises caused by lackness of public opinion response after the occurrence of emergency, this paper conducts in-depth study of effective public opinion response method and its application.Through investigation and study of the current status of public opinion response to construction enterprises emergency, this paper gets the public opinion risks faced by construction enterprises, the characteristics of public opinion, cognitive problems in public opinion, and the routine practice of public opinion in work.This paper proceeds in-depth analysis of several real cases of improper public opinion response to emergency, finds out the deep reason, and finds the breakthrough for working out feasible work method.Through induction and summary, this paper formally concludes a set of feasible work methods of public opinion response to emergency, including five working mechanisms, four work teams, three requirements.Finally, combining with successful cases of public opinion response, this study is undergone test successfully and provides reference for construction enterprises to carry out public opinion response to emergency.
