With the rapid development of global Internet news site,community,weibo,micro letter and TV,newspapers and other media information explosion,the geometric growth,traditional public opinion monitor and analysis cannot meet the demand of the rapid development of the Internet.As a rod a line connecting thousands of power supply enterprise,take the customer as the center,people's satisfaction as the standard has always been the target of power supply enterprise,with a reflection of society and the media to listen to the people to the power supply work,analysis of the company's work problems and the insufficiency,formulate the specific measures to reform and to promote power supply management performance,for economic development and improve people's life more high quality service and more reliable power supply.Based on the existing theory and research results at home and abroad as the basic foothold,from large data and the related theory and current situation of network public opinion,in support of the thought of big data,implement mass grasp to go to all the media public opinion information,on this basis to establish a set of big data that can carry out all the media public opinion information monitoring and early warning index system;Second,innovation to establish public opinion management data analysis and feedback mechanism,the public opinion reflect the problem to the company leadership,management,and public opinion feedback unit,realize high linkage of public opinion management and professional management,improve the company's management efficiency,to fully promote the company's management,improve customer satisfaction and recognition for power supply,realize the power supply enterprise service customers and "win-win" of the development of the enterprise;Finally,based on the theoretical and empirical research,the author puts forward the future prospect.This paper adopts normative research method and case study method to analyze the current situation of public opinion monitoring in China under big data environment.The theory of big data and network public opinion is expounded in the theoretical part by normative research method.Taking the mass of public opinion information as the starting point,the index system for monitoring and warning of public opinion information is constructed,which leads to the research of public opinion analysis,feedback,emergency treatment and problem improvement.In the case study section,the paper analyzed the influence of the research results of the public opinion monitoring system platform project on the company's handling of online public opinion events.Through the application of the results of the project optimization research of the public opinion management system of shijiazhuang power supply company,the enterprise has eliminated the management of the short board,and the mass satisfaction has been significantly improved.Innovate management methods and improve service customers' ability;Improve the management efficiency,the enterprise performance is improved significantly;It has realized the risk scientific analysis,and the public opinion coping ability has been greatly improved,which has created the image of the responsibility state network,and created a favorable environment for the development of the company and the power grid,and achieved good results.
