At this stage of the domestic civil aviation,the airport own advanced production management system,has realized the network connection between every support department, but the system does not cover to the apron production processes. The daily operation of most apron support equipment still rely on the way of visual signing and handset converse, this data acquisition and transfer model make the final data with low accuracy, poor real-time and low integration,and it will increase the airport labor costs. The information construction relatively Lagging has became the bottlenecks, and hinder the airport to enhance its support level.To solve abover-mentioned problems, this paper commenced around the theme of how to realize the data acquisition system for apron support equipment. Related studies include as following:First, carried out a detailed needs analysis for the apron support equipment data acquisition system.Based on above solutions basis and comparing with the existing wireless communications technology solutions in the apron today,finaly we proposed to use the Mesh network communication technology to realize the data acquisition.Combined with the environmental of apron and functional requirements of the system,we design the overall structure of the data acquisition system use the C / S and B / S hybrid architecture.Second, using Mesh network as the center of the system, research its theory and design principle;which uses 802.11 Mesh as underlying agreement, combined with the spatial structure of the apron,we completed the topology design of the backbone Mesh data transmission network; Based on abover-mentioned solutions and comparing with the Apron spatial structure,we realize the topology design of the Mesh backbone data transfer netwok;we carry on the simulation analysis of signal' interference, coverage and performance, and set up an actual network in the airport of Yantai, Shandong Province.Again, this article has taken 400 Hz aviation ground power as an example, designing data collection terminal of apron support equipment, the primarily parts and their functions which consist as follow: using Modbus to connect PLC and sensors for cquisition data parameters, using IPC to complete terminals wireless access, local data storage and upper server data synchronization.Finally, designed the upper server software architecture and operating interface of the system and carried on commissioning tests.The actual operating results of the system show that,the performance of this system designed by 802.11 Mesh network can meet the actual needs of the data transmission for the airport;it can effectively improve the existing airport operations and management system, could enhance the level of the airport operations management,this work has some innovation and value.
