With rapid development of civil aviation, safety information management has been paid more attention.Developing safety information systems and sharing safety information have been the mainstream trend. It has many methods to receive information.Safety information's quantity become more and more for employee.But in this environment,getting useful information needs more time.In order to get useful safety information efficiently,it needs analysis communication method and effect.Based on studying the theory of communication method and effect, we survey current safety information communication. Proceed for trasmitter, survey content include mass communication,interpersonal communication,group communication and organizational communication. Applying correspondence analysis, we reach different post, different education background and different age choosing different method.To different audience use variant methods for information communication.At the same time,various methods should be used.The key point is using intranet.Meanwhile,we develope effect measurement model.After calculating,China's safety information communication effect is in the medium level. Civil aviation employee consider the frequency of safety information has higher level.But the content is not enough.It need notice the various and comprehensive of content,while keeping high frequency.In order to guarantee employee can seek information rapidly.
