| Vehicle information system is a control system used for information collection, information display and information storage of the driving car. With the development of the vehicle electronic technology, the vechile information system is developing in the direction of intelligence and digitizing: the digital meter that can display mass vehicle information takes the place of the limited pointer type meters;the storage of the vehicle information of the driving car provides the digital evidence for the data analysis of the car's state if necessary. So the main developing direction of the vehicle information system is: trying it's best to provide more abundant inerface for the driver on one aspect, providing data evidence for the relative research fellow to analyse the car's information state on the other aspect.The vehicle information system includes information collection, CAN bus communication of the data, LCD display of the information, external storage of the data.This thesis focuses on the research of the vehicle information system, and it talks about the design thought and the implementation method deeply. It also puts forword the method of the information collection, the LCD display and the external storage based on CAN bus communication.The contents this paper introduced includes: the software&hardware design of the information collection, the CAN bus coummunication principle and it's implementation, the LCD display of the information and the design of the external storage of some information. Some microcontrollers Atmega8 collect vast information first, then Atmega8 delivers the data to MC68HC912D60A by the CAN bus. MC68HC912D60A makes the information to display in time in one aspect, it transfers some data to the external memory by driving USB microcontroller SL811HS in the other aspect.This system applys CAN bus communication, it has enough superiority comparing to other buses;The LCD display screen substitutes the classical apparatuses, and it provides more friendly interface for the driver. The screen looks better and the data is more accurate. Besides, the system also designs the work of external storage by the USB interface, and it provides the necessary data and research space for the analysing work of the car's states.The cost of this system is low, and the production technology and the instruments are simple. The circuit is accurate after exercising, and the software works well after debugging in the job site. The system runns stably on the car, the ability of interference rejection is strong and some blocks are productional. The system can be the example of the normal vehicle information system on one aspect, and it is useful for more profound research work on the data analysis of the storaged vehicle information. |
