Applicable and effective maintenance tasks are very significant for guaranteeing aircraft's continued airworthiness and safety.For the past few years,electronic system is more and more applied to aviation,attracting the public's attention.According to the specification named MSG-3,enhanced zonal analysis is needed for some areas where contain wirings to define inspection task with intervals.Therefore,electrical wiring interconnection systems is researched in this article.Firstly,rating index system of enhanced zone for EWIS is established based on MSG-3and so on. Considering the disadvantages of typical methods for determining the index weight,combinatorial optimization model is built based on PCA.Then,researching on the traditional method which relies on rich experience of decision-makers,evaluating model for inspection intervals is set up based on binary linear interpolation method/ binary curve fitting method.Finally,a typical zone of some airplane is taken as an example to be analyzed. Compared with each other, the better method is obtained between models based binary linear interpolation method and binary curve fitting method.Compared with interval provided in the maintenance guidance,prove the feasibilities of the method that is put forward to determine index weight and inspection intervals. Compared with the methods which are raised of someone else to analyze zonal intervals,it has more advantages.The results show that the method that is applied is feasible,which is instructive,proving theoretical foundation and technical support for analysts to formulate maintenance plan.
