Research On The Planning And Design Of Hand An City East Community Based On Ecological Rating System

Climate changing,shortages of non-renewable energy sources,many cities are facing increasing challenges all over the world.Sustainable development,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,it has been the concept of urban development in China,and eco-development is the fundamental goal.Some developed cities start a pilot in ecological community building.Such as Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen.Therefore,in the medium-sized cities like Handan,should start with the community,actively trying the construction of ecological communities.Making communities as an effective way to achieve sustainable urban development.LEED-ND rating system is commonly used,LEED-ND has guided the United States,Canada,India and many other countries to build the ecological communities.Firstly,this paper analyzes the relevant concepts,and investigate a number of cutting-edge design concept of ecological community development at home and abroad.On this basis,this paper studies the background and structure of LEED-ND rating system,and embodies the idea of smart growth,new urbanism and green building and infrastructure.This paper studies the differences in conditions and national development stages,between China and Western countries.This paper objectively describes the applicability of LEED-ND to community planning in our country,LEED-ND rating system proposes content architecture and design principles of ecological community,which has a strong guiding significance.This paper analyzes the community development problems in our country,and discusses the future development trend of ecological communities,and studies Excellent examples of ecological communities.According to analyzes earlier research of LEED-ND rating system and community development status in our countries,this paper presents Handan city east ecological community planning franework based on LEED-ND rating system.This paper focuses on the smart location,neighborhood pattern and design,energy and resource conservation,buildings and green technology.Finally,this paper combines Handan City,East community project,to explore the disign operation.
