Research On The Greenroads Rating System Based On PSR Model

With the vigorous development of our life,there have been demands for the quality projects,but also pursued the environmentally friendly surroundings.Sustainable development objectives are pointing to infrastructure nowadays,and in terms the most important infrastructure,roadways should be included in sustainable development considerations.The research chose the Greenroads rating system toinvestigate the proportionality between the Greenroads indicator and ecologicalenvironment.Through the analysis of the greenroad indicator meaning and purpose,we have defined the total life cycle of greenroad In total,37 indicators were analyzed in Greenroads rating systemto classify by the total life cycle.Based on the goals and purposes of Greenroads indicators,we analyzed the life cycle stage of the indicators involved,built the greenroadpressure-state-response model.By using the model,we constructed assement indicator system of design,material transportation and operation phase of greenroad.Comparing common metheds of calculating indicator weight and comprehensive assessment,and combining with characteristic of each indicator system established,we choosed rank correlation analysis to determine indicators weight,used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and green degree analysis for assessing greenroad.Finally,we use US97:Lave Bute–S.Century Drive Section road project as a demonstration analysis.According to the analysis of greenroad pressure-state-response model,the green degree of design,material transportation and operation phase are(lightgreen,lightgreen,green),green degree level are(fourth,fourth,second),which in accordance with the sliver greenroad(Evergreen,gold,silver,green,ranking third in four degrees)certified by the Greenroad Foundation,then proposed measuresand suggestions of greenroad construction to guide greenroad in the direction of the healthy and orderly development of our country.
